About this portal

Global Intelligence Bureau operates this portal for authorized agency personnel, clients and people requesting information or services. These terms cover use of the portal. A separate signed engagement, authorization or service agreement governs investigative work, scope, rates and deliverables.

Authorized and lawful use

Use only your own authorized account and information you are entitled to provide or access. Keep credentials and downloaded material confidential. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, upload malicious files, harass anyone or request unlawful access to private accounts, devices or records. Notify the agency if you suspect account misuse.

Requests, records and reports

Submitting a request does not by itself create an investigative engagement or confirm acceptance. Provide accurate information and identify uncertainties. Access to cases and deliverables depends on agency authorization. Reports, public records and research findings must be evaluated in context; an allegation, possible match or AI-generated draft does not establish an identity, fact or legal conclusion.

Confidential material

Case records and released documents may contain sensitive information. Use them only within your authorized purpose and any applicable engagement terms. Do not redistribute confidential material without permission or legal authority. Contact the agency about a suspected error or unauthorized disclosure.

Payments and communications

Invoices, due dates and payment obligations follow the invoice and applicable agreement. When enabled, card checkout takes place on Stripe or Authorize.net hosted pages. Selecting a payment method does not itself confirm payment. Contact the agency about billing questions, refunds or disputed items. Email and SMS may contain service notifications; avoid sending confidential case material through an unapproved channel.

Optional third-party services

Maps, address lookup, cloud storage, messaging, identity challenges, payment services and AI tools are available only when enabled. Providers apply their own terms. Google Maps features incorporate the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms linked below. Preserve Google attribution and follow the applicable restrictions on map content. Maps, research and AI output require human review.

Availability and account access

Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting or provider problems. The agency may restrict access to protect records, address misuse or manage an engagement, subject to applicable obligations. Portal access does not replace emergency services or time-sensitive direct communication with the agency.

Updates and contact
